Projects and Activities

The foundation has an ongoing scholarship, sponsored in the Philippines.  It is not a regular offer as the foundation is not for profit and has limited sponsorship.  We will be posting some of the photos as they become available.

This Christmas we have our new T-shirt designs and is given to members, a reminder that they Belong, We all Belong.

Below is our new T-shirts designs for men and women.

'WE BELONG-THEY BELONG" TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

The organization has started to collaborate with other groups needing help such as the orphanage.  We are processing unwanted clothes, and shoes to donate to other charities.  Our new printed shirts were recently ordered from our supply chain overseas and we are in the process to distribute them among members and give 30% to the orphanage.

We Belong, They Belong

We Belong, They Belong is a program that we are running assuring people that they belong to the society.

Christmas, it's the time of the year for everyone to unite and share kindness and have the sense of inclusion to the vulnerable, the destitute.

Our foundation is the bridge providing assistance to those in need of help.  With the growing modern technologies, it has its advantages and disadvantages to our communities and each society.  Technology has taken over the face to face interaction, making it harder for people to interact especially those who have insufficient technical knowledge and experience.  Even our advocacy is mostly utilized on the chat line by those in need rather than face to face interaction.

WE BELONG, YOU BELONG, THEY BELONG

What is Social Inclusion?

Social inclusion is defined as the act of making all groups of people within a society feel valued and important.

As we know mental illness is a health problem that significantly affects how a person feels, thinks, behaves, and interacts with other people.  So by promoting social inclusion in the community thus help individuals in feeling, thinking and acting in a positive way, having people to encourage them and assisting them in their day to day interaction.

HOW DO WE PROMOTE INTERACTION

By collaborating with the local council with their projects, the Department of Health, the Mental Health sector our program are equipped with information on how to positively help individuals who approach our foundation for help.  We are the bridge, volunteering our time for the good of the community.

Most of the volunteers have experienced some time in their life the feeling of loneliness, abandonment, neglect, homelessness, violated and felt unwanted and worthless.  From this experience, they grow and become the best advocate for such neglect and violence.  Talking to an individual who is lonely makes their day, feeling important that someone actually cares to spend time and chat with them.  These people come from all walks of life, divorced, widowed, ex-military, young and old, men and women.  Having someone to talk to provides inspiration and the sense of inclusion.  Their face lights up and they look forward to the next day when they can spend more time with someone that listen to them and their stories.

We encourage people to be aware of their environment and do give a positive inspiration to others, show kindness and understanding.  Once upon a time, these people are someone of importance to the community who lose their way out of their control and now are struggling to go back to the community.  With people like us who love to help humanity, assisting these individuals back to their community where they belong because we all belong.
